These items now come with a 28 days guarantee and have a life expectancy of 3-6 months. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects that may occure and covers any repairs, or replacements, if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair.
E-Cig batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear.
If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
Mechanical Mods
These devices have a 28 days Warranty and are intended for experienced users only and require technical knowledge in order to properly use it.
Youtube has many video tutorials on how to build these units properly and escape2vapour Ltd, its employees and affiliates absolve themselves of all responsibility if a user does not take caution when working with Mechanical Mods and rebuildable atomizers.
Again rebuildable devices are intended for experienced users who have good knowledge of battery safety and coil building. The industry is not fully standardized so the purchaser must make proper research before buying a rebuildable atomizer to make sure it is what he wants in terms of wicking material, style, maximum heat (minimum resistance) the atomizer can handle before its insulators melt down, what mods does it fit on to the liking of the purchaser.
We do not accept returns of used devices due to any reason other than a genuine manufacturing defect. So please make an informed decision on which Machanical Mod or rebuildable atomizer you want to buy beforehand. We strive to give the best after sales service as attested by many returning customers and we will work with you to resolve any problems that you may face with your purchase.
E-Liquids, CBD, Flavour Concentrates, coils and accessories
For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer warranty on any CBD products, E-liquids and flavoured concentrates which are consumables and cannot be returned under any circumstances unless your order was incorrect.
Replacement coils and any Vapers DIY accessories such as wicking materials, filler bottles, wire and any DIY mixing kits also have no warranty. These products cannot be returned once opened and used.
All Tanks - Sub Ohm, RDA's, RTA's
Tanks are an oral product, once used they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective, these have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if your item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.
