Refunds & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your products for any reason at all, we are happy to accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Policy for Cancelled Orders & Unwanted Goods

The goods must be returned to e2v vaping supplies at your expense within 14 days of the purchase date. You must also include the original order number. We will refund you the full cost of the goods excluding delivery costs once we have received and inspected the goods.

Goods must be returned unused in the original packaging.

Tanks are an oral product, once used they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective, these have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if your item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.

E-liquids are consumables and cannot be returned under any circumstances, if you receive an incomplete or wrong order we will send out a replacement immediately once we receive confirmation that the wrong item has been returned. 

All batteries have a 28 day warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cig batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days email us and we will send out a replacement if a manufacturing defect has occured.

You have a duty to take reasonable care of any goods whilst in your possession. We will advise you to send any return goods after contacting us by telephone 07464419658 or via email to info@escape2vapour.co.uk

We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods. We will only accept returns, if they are sent back to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

You must notify us by email of the reason for your return within 14 days of receipt. If goods are to be returned for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage, you will need to return the goods back to us, securely packaged and in the condition which they were received, at your cost via your chosen courier.

If the item you returned is not in the condition in which we sent it out, we reserve the right to send the item back to you or provide only a partial refund after assessing the items for damages.

If there is any sign of cosmetic or accidental damage, then we will not accept the return of the item and we will send the item back to you. 

You are responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging. We would advise taking photographs of your return items before sending back to us.

We do not accept returns for clearance products and our warranty does not apply to those. 

In some circumstances we may be able to arrange to pick up the items; however a handling charge will be deducted from your refund. This charge is determined on an individual order basis and will be given to you at the point of notification of return.

If you live in the United Kingdom you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Should you decide to return the products you must notify us of the cancellation by email.

Our Return Process

  1. Before returning an item to us, you must contact us on at info@escap2vapour.co.uk and let us know of the problem.
  2. We will then send you a "Return Form". You must fill in the return form and send it with the item returned.
  3. Once the returned item has been received, our team will review this and contact you with a resolution within 5 working days.

Please Note: If we receive any product without a return form, then this will result in a delay in processing your return.
